Dean Panjwani is a heart-centered executive coach with more than 25 years of leadership experience in financial services, sales, and professional development. Throughout his career, Dean has been passionate about helping people recognize their potential, strengthen their leadership, and build successful careers and businesses with greater purpose and intention.
Dean spent much of his career with New York Life, where he held senior leadership roles and developed, coached, and mentored professionals from diverse backgrounds. His experience leading high-performing teams gave him a firsthand understanding of the challenges leaders face—from developing people and building strong cultures to navigating change, maintaining accountability, and achieving meaningful results.
Today, Dean brings that experience to his work as an executive coach, combining practical business strategy with a deeply personal and relational approach. He helps leaders gain greater self-awareness, clarify what they truly want, communicate with greater impact, and turn their goals into consistent action. At the heart of his coaching philosophy is a simple belief: lasting success begins with understanding yourself, recognizing your potential, and having the courage and discipline to pursue it.
Dean’s perspective is also shaped by his entrepreneurial experience and cross-cultural background, giving him a unique ability to connect with people from different walks of life. He speaks multiple languages and brings curiosity, empathy, and cultural awareness to every coaching relationship.
Beyond his professional work, Dean has remained actively involved in his community, having served on the boards of the Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce and Irving Cares. His commitment to service reflects the same philosophy that guides his coaching: success is not measured only by what we achieve, but also by the positive impact we have on others.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Government College Karachi and is based in Irving, Texas.
