Dean spent much of his career with New York Life, where he held senior leadership roles and developed, coached, and mentored professionals from diverse backgrounds. His experience leading high-performing teams gave him a firsthand understanding of the challenges leaders face—from developing people and building strong cultures to navigating change, maintaining accountability, and achieving meaningful results.

Today, Dean brings that experience to his work as an executive coach, combining practical business strategy with a deeply personal and relational approach.
