Manuel Tefel is a distinguished life and business strategist with a rich background in law, strategic studies, and transformational coaching. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Mandarin, he holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Strategic Studies. Manuel began his career as the Nicaraguan legal champion at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led two lines of services in the consulting domain and was on the path to partnership. His journey took him to the Far East, where he immersed himself in ancient Chinese culture and wisdom, furthering his expertise in strategy, leadership, and human behavior—fueling his passion for empowering others to break through limitations and reach new levels of success.
Certified by Newfield Network USA in Personal and Professional Mastery Coaching, Manuel blends high-performance coaching, neuroscience, and emotional intelligence to create deep, lasting transformations for his clients. Whether guiding executives, entrepreneurs, or individuals seeking personal mastery, he helps them rewire their mindset, eliminate self-sabotage, and operate at peak potential. His approach goes beyond surface-level success—it’s about creating real breakthroughs that lead to a life of fulfillment, leadership, and impact.
This philosophy extends beyond his coaching practice and into his greatest role—fatherhood. Inspired by Frederick Douglass’ belief that “it is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men,” Manuel applies the same transformational methodologies with his own two sons, proving that a mindset of growth, resilience, and self-mastery produces extraordinary results. His sons have already excelled in sports, music, and the arts—winning awards in surfing and tennis—reinforcing his belief that true success begins with mastering the mind. Just as he empowers his children to rise beyond limitations, he equips his clients with the tools to thrive in their personal and professional lives, breaking cycles and unlocking their highest potential.
An avid traveler and cultural enthusiast, Manuel continually seeks to expand his perspective and integrate diverse insights into his work. He currently resides in Managua, Nicaragua, where he enjoys connecting with nature, engaging in mindfulness practices, and embracing the adventure of fatherhood.
